What I want to build is infrastructure that makes public life less inconvenient — systems that absorb the repetitive parts of a workflow, with generalist AI agents running the steps a person would otherwise have to watch.

The path ran from research into product: language-guided multi-object tracking in a computer-vision lab, then active cyber-defence at NYCU, and now taking a B2B SaaS platform and a shipped consumer app from nothing at TREKX. Both halves taught the same lesson — measure first, then change something.
